Providing Student Agreement data is a requirement of all SOC institutions participating in a SOC DNS Network. This data represents each SOC institution’s official evaluation of a Service member’s traditional and non-traditional credit sources and communicates what credits a Service member still needs to earn to complete a credential.
SOC Institutions agree to provide Service members with a copy of the SOC DNS Student Agreement before six (6) semester hours of coursework are completed in a SOC Degree Program and to provide SOC the credit award data for our mandatory reports to the Department of Defense (DoD).
Participating SOC institutions may now submit Student Agreement data using a simple and secure online web form by signing in with their registered SOC POC email address.
POCs from some institutions with a large volume of Student Agreements have elected to develop a flat file to automate the processing of Student Agreement Data. If your institution has been approved for the flat file option, submit your monthly files by signing into your SOC POC account and selecting the "Student Agreement Flat File Upload" link in the upper right-hand corner of the Student Agreement Data page.
